Tim and Jane Parsons are sixth generation farmers. With a strong ecological emphasis on their property they aim to maintain a model farm to showcase current best practice activities to visitors.

Tim runs the farming side of the operation; growing crops, looking after the sheep and undertaking landcare activities. Tim also hosts farm tours and enjoys sharing and discussing the property with groups.

Jane runs Over the Back Lakeside Cottage Accommodation and Curringa Cottage. Jane will delight you with her cooking expertise and is the driving force behind the globally recognised Royal Danish Sweetheart Cake.

Together with their family Tim and Jane will ensure that your visit is both memorable and pleasant.
